RightHaus was built from the ground up through persistence and vision. As a licensed real estate professional under EAC and LEIZ, I bring a structured, ethical approach to every transaction. My professional journey includes successfully managing a portfolio of over 70 properties and facilitating property sales exceeding USD 1 million in areas including Harare West, Harare North, and high-density zones.
My work has also involved direct collaboration with major financial institutions such as POSB, Ecobank, CBZ, and ZB Bank, fostering trusted partnerships that support client financing solutions. I’ve received three consecutive best seller awards in recognition of sales performance and client satisfaction.
Academically, I hold an Honours Degree and a Master's in Psychology, which inform my client-focused, empathetic approach to real estate. At RightHaus, our mission is to provide more than property — we help build legacy.

TN Zunzanyika
is the Co-Founder and Chair of RightHaus Realty. With a background in quantity surveying and infrastructure development, he brings over two decades of experience in the built environment to the leadership of the company. He is also the Principal of TN Zunzanyika Associates (TNZA), a consultancy firm established in 1997 that offers quantity surveying, project management, construction cost consultancy, and infrastructure advisory services.
He holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the University of the West of England, Bristol, and is a Registered Quantity Surveyor in Zimbabwe. His professional affiliations include membership in the Zimbabwe Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MZIQS), the Quantity Surveyors Council of Zimbabwe (RQS), the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors (MAQS), and the Namibian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MNIQS).
His portfolio spans a broad range of sectors, including residential developments, commercial offices, schools, hospitals, airports, hotels, and retail spaces. His approach combines cost management with strategic oversight, from project feasibility through completion. TN has also contributed to the development of the profession through academic roles, including serving as a part-time lecturer and external examiner at the National University of Science and Technology (NUST).
